The heart of the method relies on a paced process of establishing transformation, grounding it, and accompanying it.

Time builds trust, which is a key ingredient of actuating true change, little by little.

The work always starts from the top, because of leadership by example. May you be a Board member, a Board of Directors, a CEO, an executive, a team leader, we’ll follow a Socratic method from 1:1 to larger group engagements:

- 1:1 discussions

- small team group meetings

- larger teams group meetings

 

We will conduct those discussions while walking outside… at an inspiring place at or around your office... then meeting at inspiring retreat locations, and building the safe spaces to enter the shadow.
